Betting Rules

These Betting Rules apply to all wagers placed with Kingmaker Casino, operated by NovaForge Limited, including casino games and bets on our sportsbook, which covers traditional sports and esports. They form part of our Terms and Conditions. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If a rule here conflicts with a specific promotion, the promotion terms apply to that offer.

General Provisions

  • You must be 18 or older and hold one verified account.
  • All wagers are placed in your account currency, such as AUD, from your own funds or an active bonus.
  • You are responsible for every bet placed through your account.
  • The sportsbook and the casino share one wallet, but some rules differ by product.
  • We may refuse or limit any wager at our discretion.

Acceptance of Bets

A bet is accepted only when it appears in your bet history with a confirmation number. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once accepted, except where a cash-out or cancellation option is shown. Odds and terms shown at the moment of confirmation apply, and if prices change before acceptance you may be asked to confirm the new odds. We can set minimum and maximum stakes per market, event or customer. In live betting there may be a short delay before a bet is accepted, and bets can be declined if the market changes during that time.

Bet Types and Games

Sportsbook wagers include:

  • Singles on one outcome.
  • Accumulators combining several selections, which all need to win.
  • System bets covering combinations of selections.
  • Live bets placed while an event is in play.

Casino wagers cover pokies, table games, live dealer tables and instant games. Each game has its own paytable and rules, shown in the game information panel, and those rules govern play and results.

Payouts and Settlement

Sports bets are settled once the result is official, normally using the result confirmed by the competition organiser. Later corrections are not applied unless a clear error is found. Winnings are credited to your balance and can be withdrawn after verification, from A$30, within limits of A$5,000 per day, A$15,000 per week and A$40,000 per month. Casino winnings are credited immediately after each round. If a payout appears wrong, do not continue playing on that balance until we have checked it.

Void Bets

We may void a bet, returning the stake, in cases such as:

  • An event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond a reasonable time.
  • The odds or terms were clearly wrong due to an obvious error.
  • The bet was placed after the event started in a pre-match market.
  • The bet is linked to match fixing, cheating or suspicious activity.
  • The wager was placed by a restricted or underage player.

Malfunctions

If a game, a data feed or our software malfunctions, all affected bets and payouts may be voided and stakes returned. We cannot be responsible for losses caused by technical failure, interrupted connections on your side or errors by third-party providers. Please report any fault to live chat with a screenshot and the time it occurred, and avoid placing further bets until we respond.

Bonuses and Betting

While a casino bonus is active, the maximum bet is A$5 per spin or round, and wagering of 35x the bonus and 45x free spin winnings must be completed within 10 days. Exceeding the maximum bet, betting in ways meant to reduce risk, or opening several accounts can cancel the bonus and winnings. Responsible Betting

Bet only what you can afford to lose. You can set deposit, loss and session limits, or ask for self-exclusion at any time. Detailed information and help services are listed on our responsible gaming page.

Disputes

If you disagree with the settlement of a bet or a game result, contact live chat or support@kingmakercassino.com within 30 days, stating the bet reference and your reasons. We review game logs and event data and will reply in writing. Our decision is final, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Amendments

We may change these Betting Rules to reflect new products, laws or practices. Updates take effect when published on this page, and bets placed afterwards are subject to the revised rules.
