These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kingmakercassino.com and all services provided by NovaForge Limited under the Kingmaker Casino brand, including our casino and sportsbook. Please read them carefully before you register. By creating an account or placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Betting Rules.

Operator and Licence

Kingmaker Casino is operated by NovaForge Limited and licensed by Anjouan Gaming (Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority). Our services launched in 2024. This is an offshore licence, and it is your responsibility to check that online gambling is lawful where you live before you play.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
  • You must be legally able to enter a binding contract.
  • You may hold only one account, and it must be in your own name.
  • Residents of restricted territories may not register.
  • Staff of NovaForge Limited and their close relatives may not play.

Registration and Verification

You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date. Before your first withdrawal we complete know-your-customer (KYC) checks and may request photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment ownership. We may suspend or close accounts with false or incomplete details. You are responsible for keeping your login secret, and all activity under your account is treated as yours.

Deposits

The minimum deposit is A$30. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, Neosurf, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether. Accounts can be held in AUD, EUR, USD, CAD or NZD, and funds must come from payment methods in your own name. Deposits cannot be used to move money between players or for any unlawful purpose.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is A$30. Crypto and e-wallet payouts take instant to one hour after approval, cards one to three business days and bank transfers up to three business days. Withdrawal limits are A$5,000 per day, A$15,000 per week and A$40,000 per month. We pay to the method you deposited with where possible, and a completed identity check is required before the first payout. See our withdrawal guide for more.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are subject to their specific terms. For the welcome package, wagering is 35x the bonus and 45x free spin winnings, within 10 days, with a minimum deposit of A$30 and a maximum bet of A$5 while a bonus is active. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and each person, household and device may claim an offer once. We can withdraw bonuses from players who abuse them. Details are on the bonus page.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Open multiple accounts or share your account.
  • Use bots, scripts, collusion or any form of cheating.
  • Launder money or use funds from illegal sources.
  • Exploit errors, bugs or low-risk betting patterns to guarantee bonus profit.
  • Use a VPN or false details to hide your location or identity.

Breaches can lead to account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

Responsible Gaming

We offer deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion, and you can ask for them at any time. See our responsible gaming page. If you ask for exclusion we will close your account and stop marketing contact.

Liability

We provide our services as available and are not responsible for losses caused by internet failures, devices, third-party providers or events outside our control. Gambling involves risk, and we do not guarantee that you will win. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Complaints and Disputes

If you are not satisfied, you may escalate the matter in writing, and these terms are governed by the laws applicable under our licence, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, products or practice. We will publish the new version on this page, and continued use means you accept it. If you disagree, stop playing and close your account through our team.
